This is called the Mini Sky Umbrella, it is from Vat19 which has the auto-open auto-close feature where you don’t need two hands to open it. This 38-inch span of the Mini Sky Umbrella is big enough to cover two people when collapsed, it is just 11-inch long, that will easily fit into purse or small work bag. Video after the jump.
